Do you take insurance?
We do not bill insurance for office visits. We can submit a prior authorization to your insurance for brand name semaglutide and tirzepatide. In order for this to be approved, your employer must opt-in to weight loss coverage. Weight loss coverage is employer specific. You can call the number on the back of your insurance card or contact HR to see if you are opted-in to weight loss coverage. We are experts in prior authorization paperwork and will complete this promptly and accurately. Each insurance has different requirements you must meet to quality for medication. There is a nationwide shortage for brand name semaglutide and tirzepatide, and you may have trouble at times finding it at a local pharmacy. We can help navigate this process.

Do you submit PAs (Prior Authorizations)
Yes! Navigating the PA (prior authorization) process through insurance can be time consuming and complex, this is one of the areas where our office shines. Compared to a traditional office where support staff completes PAs, our providers actually complete these. Having these completed by a provider significantly increases your chance of approval. We have a 1 week turn around time on PAs. Most PAs we can complete within a couple of days after they are initiated.
